To the care takers, worriers, workaholics, activists, and intuitives! Landscapers, executives, carpenters, artists, and self employed weirdos! Witches, bitches, teachers, and tech bros! Whether your day-to-day is filled with the physical strain of training for a marathon or sitting at a desk, your body is your tool that needs restoration and replenishment. Massage therapy is a powerful support for easing stress, relieving aches and pains, and establishing a new relationship to touch. From chronic pain to acute injuries, I have helped many of my clients find new neural and physical pathways to feeling better through manual therapy and brainstorming shifting daily habits that may be causing recurring pain.
I offer holistic care that is trauma informed, pharmaceutical inclusive, and guided by my knowledge of anatomy and space holding skills.
If you are exhausted from seeking a diagnosis and need a break from being shuffled through the medical industrial complex and just want to remember that you have a body, I will use all the tools at my disposal to create a safe refuge for you.
Regular massage, whether seasonal or monthly, can be really transformative to our relationships, focus, muscle tension, and mood.
I believe self care must be informed by our commitment to our community and our community engagement can be supported by our self care. Booking with me, you can know you’re investing in a small business that gives to mutual aid regularly, engages in political activism, and donates art to auctions and community events. We are living in a time where many days can feel world ending, and yet we still have a body that requires tending and minds that deserve beauty and art. Tuning into the shifts of our physical experience can allow us to envision possibilities and feel alive to the collective work of building a better world.
Whether you are over worked from simply surviving, looking to feel revived in a creative slump, or need a new perspective or approach to an injury, I am here to tend to your ailments! If ever you are curious about incorporating herbs into your healing journey, I have herbal knowledge as well.

For reasons that range between my values in disability justice, community care, and my interest in avoiding post viral symptoms like long covid, I still wear a mask while working. Masks are encouraged and welcomed but not required of clients. If you’ve recently traveled or had an exposure to someone sick, please wear a high quality mask. If you are actively sick or testing positive, please cancel or reschedule. Even in the case of illness, my cancellation policy still applies, you’ll be charged the full cost of the session if its less than 24 hours because I’ll be likely unable to recoup that income with another booking.
